Today was one of those moments.
This week I officially moved 5 Stones Growth Systems into Connect Labs by Wexford at The Pearl.
Yes, it's exciting to have a new office.
But that's really not what this is about.
It's about being surrounded by founders who are building companies that have the potential to improve healthcare, extend lives, reduce costs, and change the way care is delivered. It's about researchers, entrepreneurs, physicians, investors, and growth leaders working side by side instead of in silos.
It's about bringing together people who believe that when innovation and collaboration meet disciplined execution, remarkable things can happen.
Why the Next Breakthrough Needs a Community
I've spent most of my career helping healthcare technology companies grow from startup through scale. Over the last two years, as I've built 5 Stones Growth Systems, I've become even more convinced that the next generation of healthcare innovation won't happen because one company has all the answers.
It will happen because the right people choose to build together.
That's exactly the energy I feel walking through The Pearl.
