High Signal, Low Noise: Building a Trusted Board of Advisors

Great communities are built by bringing great people together.

Today, we brought two communities that have become important to me together in one place. Our Trustegrity Leaders Circle left our usual meeting location in the Cornelius area and headed into Charlotte for our monthly meeting at The Pearl, where 5 Stones Growth Systems has its office at Connect Labs by Wexford. It was a great opportunity to introduce our members to some of the energy, innovation, and collaboration happening at The Pearl.

Not Simply Another Networking Group

But looking around the room today also reminded me of what makes our Leaders Circle so special. Because this isn't simply another networking group. I think of the Leaders Circle as my own trusted board of advisors.

We're a diverse group of experienced business leaders and professionals who come together every month to share ideas, challenge one another's thinking, talk openly about real business challenges, and genuinely help one another succeed.

And maybe my favorite thing about this group? We genuinely like one another. That sounds simple, but I think it's increasingly rare in business.

As that trust grows, the conversations become more authentic, the advice becomes more meaningful, and professional relationships often become friendships. That's what we're intentionally building together.
